These terms govern your use of the PlaceVolt website and waitlist, operated by Agonist Development AB. By using PlaceVolt you agree to them.

1. The service

PlaceVolt is provided as-is and may change. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee availability.

2. Acceptable use

Use PlaceVolt lawfully. Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.

3. Intellectual property

The PlaceVolt name, design, and software are owned by Agonist Development AB. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

4. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
